Roles & Responsibilities
  • The Lead Generation/Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Business Development
  • Generate B2B sales leads and nurture them, while tracking conversion rates
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Measure, track & improve Return on Investments in lead generation initiatives
  • Generate new leads and set appointments for the Business Development Managers, within defined territory, for specific line of business, through telemarketing
  • Works closely with Business Development Managers to qualify prospects, coordinate meetings, and drive new opportunities
  • Building a database from various resources like LinkedIn/Upwork/Guru
  • Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand inbound lead / demand generation
  • Grow into a leadership position in the company
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients
  • Remain fully informed on market trends and implement best practices
  • Prepare final reports for each project and present key findings in analyst briefings to clients
Job Specification
  • Education: - Any Graduation (MBA would be preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills required.
  • An expert using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, Owler, ZoomInfo, Mailchimp, GetProspect, ZeroBounce, Funnelbake, etc. for lead generation.
  • Being passionate about using the latest & best marketing automation & lead generation tools
  • Excellent written, oral and listening skills required. Strong business understanding
  • A Great communicator with undivided focus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho)
